Brunches to Brag About, Downtown & Brickell

Bottomless Brunch at Batch Gastropub Miami

What’s better then spending the weekend indulging in brunch? Nothing, excepting indulging in a bottomless brunch.

Batch Gastropub located in the heart of Brickell is well known for their Burgers and brunch. Some fellow food enthusiasts and myself had the pleasure of getting down to brunch business and diving into some serious dishes off their brunch menu and a gnocchi filled burger that is surely sent straight from the Gods.

From 11:30am to 4:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday brunch goers can dive into show stopping dishes such as the Chicken ‘N’ Waffles (Mini Waffles, Fried Chicken, Candied Bacon, Bacon Butter, Bourbon Maple, Hot ‘N’ Sweet Sauce), Drunken French Toast (Thick Cut Toast, Blackstrap Molasses, Vanilla, House-Spiced Rum Creme Anglaise, Coconut Rum Whipped Cream), and a Baja Avocado Hash (Spicy Chorizo, Smoked Avocado, Sweet Potato, Jalapeno, Salsa Verde, Cotija Cheese).

You really want to know about the B O T T O M L E S S thought, don’t ya? Thought so. For just $20 you can pour it up pour it up with bottomless Sangria, Bellini, and Mimosas. Or if you just have to have a Bloody Mary, like myself, opt for the The Heartland (Bacon-Infused Jim Beam Bourbon, Batch Spicy Bloody Mary Mix, Bacon)

Don’t skip dessert.. OR ELSE!

*DUN DUN DUNNNNN*

Yes, the Mud Pie is absolutely worth this dramatic grammatical entrance. Let me just tell you, it was one of those times when Chef Rob says, “Would you like dessert?” and everyone says no… until he starts listing ingredients… Vanilla & coffee ice cream in an Oreo cookie crust, topped with peanut butter cups, Reese’s Pieces & a warm chocolate / caramel fudge. See what I mean?!

One burger wasn’t enough for the table, so Chef Rob was so kind to send out another and thank you Baby Jesus… allow me to introduce you to the Mac Attack. Note, this bad bad boy is on the Dinner menu and not available for lunch. One hell of a patty topped with fried Gnocchi Mac, Aged Gruyere Cheese, & “Dorito Dust” and all sorts of fixins you can choose from.

Do it! Do it! Do it!

Inside you’ll find a DJ bringing all the good vibes but note, outside dog-friendly seating is available 🙂 And for my Broward friends, there’s a second location in Delray.

Happy Brunching my hungries! xo – Elizabeth
