Turn up the Sunday Funday vibes with live music and James Beard award winning Chef Norman van Aken’s New world cuisine at Three located right in the heart of Wynwood. The name comes partially from this Three part concept– restaurant, cooking classes next-door at In the Kitchen, and the Lounge and Bar upstairs. The dining room at Three is easily one of the most beautiful I’ve been into in a while. A large, gorgeous Frida painting overlooks the restaurant making sure diners like myself don’t try and take a few of the beautiful blue velvet chairs home with them. #judgementfreezone
Three’s brunch pulls from Florida’s diversity creating a menu with an array of flavors and a curated cocktail list to compliment it.
We started off with Oysters.. because, hello— oysters. No matter how slimy they are!
Opt for a light dish with the Sea Island Red Pea Salad topped with local blackened fish. No shame in your bunch game? Try the Platano Maduro pancakes, yup you heard that right. Super miami!
You’ll find other savory dishes on the menu like chicken and waffles with an dulce syrup and smoked butter, a Miami style hues rancheros, and a smoked fish Benedict
The cocktails list is to compliment the menu and if you’re really up for a Sunday Funday, there’s the brunch punch!
