Mmmm!! I was so excited when AMSO made its way to Brickell. I had previously gone to their Las Olas location for Brunch and the Chicken B.L.A.T along with the make your own bottomless bloody mary bar was all I talked about for 3 days telling everyone. I can’t say if the Brickell Location has this brunch option as well.. I sure hope so!
Back to Miami.. the location is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I gravitate towards water, so being settled on a cozy outdoor sofa on the river had already made us fans of their new home. Lots of outdoor seating and a very large indoor space as well that turns down the lights and into a party later in the evenings.
Even on a Friday night and the place was packed the hostess who could have easily been overwhelmed with the amount of people crowding her stand kept her cool and had us seated outside in less then 10 minutes as requested.
Full drink menu with a nice beer selection including some local options. And the food was… hm, the bomb! I always feel silly when saying that but when it’s the bomb that is what it will be called. We shared the Mediterranean Spiced Lamb Chops with tzatziki sauce, bones were licked clean.The Slider Sampler which had one of each of the four sliders and we can’t say one was better then another cause they were all perfection. And their hand-cut truffle fries were, you guessed it… the bomb.
Can’t wait to go for brunch, fingers crossed that bloody mary bar is there!!
