In going to the historic Biltmore nestled in Coral Gable, one already expects to have an impressionable experience. Our experience was just that, except this time… we worked for it.
The Biltmore is the only hotel in North America with a recreational cooking school program known as the Biltmore Culinary Academy, and we had the opportunity to be students and prepare a 5 course meal with recipes all using #theonlyparmesan Parmigiano Reggiano.
The BCA offers adult, children, private, and group programs where students are completely hands on in the kitchen with an apron and highly experienced chefs taking them through preparing a meal step-by-step. And yes, of course your get to enjoy your hard earned meal along with a well deserved class of wine.
