Ooo I just love the finding something special and sharing with ya’ll! Ok, okay, it’s more really top secret however, Sansara is the definition of a ‘Hidden Gem’ that basically doesn’t even exist Monday-Saturday.
On Sundays when Tinta y Cafe located on Ponce De Leon in the Gables is closed, the oven is still hot at this Pop-up with Sachi and Andy whipping up one heck of a Brunch Menu.
Sit at the counter, bob you head to the Coolio and old school hip hop playin in the background, and prepare to drool over the Croqueta Cake Benedict [saltine biscuit, croqueta cake, and a lime hollandaise] Other dishes you’re going to see– Huevos Fritos with a maduro hash, Key lime pie zeppoles topped with key lime sugar and graham cracker dust, and the Pan Perdu Brûlée (wide eyed emoji goes here)
Sansara is one to put on your dine-ASAP list! Weekend dinner service is in the near future and a permanent location isn’t too far behind!
